We are happy to help you every step of the way to take the stress out of getting your car repaired. Our experienced customer service team will be able to guide you through the entire process and answer any questions you may have about the insurance or repair process.
We have a fleet of loan cars available if required, bookings are essential.

1 - Claim
Call your insurance company or broker and make a claim. If you are unsure if the cost of repairs will be greater than your excess drop in for an assessment. As we are partnered with all major insurance companies, when making your claim let them know that you would like to bring your vehicle to Mills Collision and they will provide us with all your details ready for your assessment.

5 - Loan Car
If required we have loan vehicles available

Bring your vehicle in for an assessment of the damage, this will establish what is required in the repair process and the timeframe for repairs, no appointments necessary. Being a preferred insurance repairer may also save your time getting multiple quotes

6 - Pickup
When repairs are completed we will call you to pick up your vehicle, we can give you updates during the repair process if required

The assessment will provided your insurance company for approval

7 - Feedback

Private Repairs
Similar process to the insurance, however the assessment and estimate will be sent directly to you for prior approval. Feel free to bring your vehicle in for a no obligation quote from our experienced estimator.
If you are not able to bring your vehicle in for an assessment we offer an Online MyCrash feature which will give you the ability to start the repair process remotely with your smart phone. Call our Customer Service team and we will provide you with a link with simple to follow instructions to upload images of your vehicle. We’ll then make a remote assessment and get in touch.
Fleet & Commercial Repairs
